Looking for information on this 250 TDF body

In the '90's i have taken pictures of this fresh body of a 250 TDF. I'm looking for information on this body. I know this car is owned by an well known Dutch collector Mr. D. J#tten.

#1 I have been told this is a replica TDF based on an 250 (GTE?) chassis. Does anybody know which chassis it is build on?

#2 Does anybody know who build this body?

#3 Does someone has a picture of the car when completed?

I would like it very much to have some these questions answered! Thank you!
