Description:
This reproduction of a 1959 styled Ferrari 250 TR is one of five cars commissioned by Alistair Walker and built by Jim Rose specifically for the famous Ferrari racing driver Innes Ireland.
Superb in its detail with the seats trimmed with his own tartan it appears in Innes Irelands book “All Arms and Elbows” (2nd edition) with pictures of him at his wedding to Jean Howeth.
Based on a 1964 Ferrari 330 2+2 is it fitted with the V12 two cam, six Weber carburettor 3967cc (standard) engine. Four speed transmission with electronic overdrive.
Built in 1992 the other cars are currently owned by

The first car was sold into the USA with a Chevy rear end and its current whereabouts is unknown.
The car we offer has had a full inspection / road test report, and the relevant rectification and some safety work carried out in 2005 at a cost of some £12,600
