Car's origin is Florida USA. imported and repaint in 1997.
Converted to EU spec (no larger indicators at front and rear, no "cat" anymore, shortened bumpers, km/h counter, ...)
Since then parked until 2006-2007.
I have bought the car 6/1/2007 and restored it in about 8 months.
-Engine has new sealings, gaskets, belts, rubbers, hoses, bolts/nuts/shims, tension rolls, oils, special cooling fluid => ALL!
-Cilinder heads are worked, valve chambers and valves revised => all NEW!!
-New thermostat.
-New (exchange)waterpump.
-Airfilter, water reservoir, motorcompartment-sides sanded and resprayed.
-Exhaust cheched and welded where needed, no leaks.
-Ignition revided, carburetors revised and synchronised.
-All electricals are checked and renewed where needed (not many things worked when I bought the car)
-Car is equipped with new heater+motor => everything works (exceptional in the 308series)
-New clutch.
-New alternator.
-New windscreen wipers.
-New "drop gears" (gears that handle transmission to the engine) + cover.
-Leather interior treated.
-New leather luggage compartiment + cover.
-Rims are !completely! revised + custom made wheel stickers and logo in rims.
-4 new tyres(or at least as good as) including 2 original XWX (factory advised but VERY expensive)
-Sparewheel same als normal rims.
-Ferrari toolbox (from later model)
-New speakers.
-...
100% original Ferrari
(no more, no less, just like in the folder)
Further info;
blanc inspected (ob O plate but normal inspection should give the same result). 32.000km, car is from september '77. has airco.
Manual, Workplace Manual and spare parts document included.
As you can see I spent a lot of time and money on this car.(ca.10.000euro)
Car works perfectly and is in fine condition. Cosmeticcaly there could be some improvements, but the car is already very beautiful.
Regarding the state and restaurition I think the price is very reasonable!
I have pictures and invoices of the most things that are changed on the car.
Car dous not have to leave!, but if you are looking for one...
I have another project in mind :)
So only people who are REALLY looking to BUY one.

IF the car is driven, it will be by me, and only by me...
